Any good finds? I didn’t purchase anything yet. But I spotted a pair with feathers on them that look really cute.

How does fashion play a role in your life? It’s very important. I’m obsessed with fashion. I worked in the industry for a couple of years as a makeup artist. I’ve worked at Fashion Week a couple of times.

How often do you go to sales? I went to the TWS one last week at the Puck Building. I almost prefer department stores, though, because sample sales are very hit or miss.

What sample sale are you looking forward to? I was looking forward to this one! Also, maybe the Barney’s Warehouse Sale. I was there two weeks ago. I don’t really have any others I’m looking forward to, but if I see one, I go in and check it out to see if it’s good.

Personal style? I love to dress up and I do it as often as I can. But I’m currently a teacher, so it’s a bit difficult. I have tons of clothes and nowhere to wear them. It’s hard to dress up during the day when you teach kindergarten. I do wear heels a lot to school.

Fav. Celeb fashion/inspiration? I love Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon. I think Gwyneth Paltrow has amazing style—and Halle Berry. I like classic and elegant, but not too trendy. I’m not into trend. Someone like Paris Hilton is cute, but too trendy, in my opinion.

Best purchase ever? My beautiful Gucci shoes that I’ve never worn. They’re satin and ensconced with crystals. I have a lot of shoes that I don’t wear because I think they’re so beautiful and I’m scared to ruin them. When people come to my house, the first thing I show them is my shoe collection. I’m into the whole aesthetic. I don’t have a specific favorite brand, but I just love beautiful shoes.
