Street Walk | Fold-Over Booties
 Life is all black and white wrongs and rights, backed by a rainbow of passion, though I'm not sure if I'm going green with jealousy or seeing mad red double-checking this weird revival of spats. I know the ankle-overs are a match with current menswear vogue, but I'd much rather doll up like a boss lady.
Then I saw Lisa's fold-over booties, a creamy beige against her solid black and white, and I thought I'd found a fuse of fall's fever for spats and booties that I could feel at least…

Simply Vera by Vera Wang Dress
 So the line is already on sale—I just discovered Simply Vera by Vera Wang for Kohl's.
My fav of Vera's designer duds done for the masses is this beaded frock. Silk branded by Vera Wang for $110? Boss.
And I think I spend that much Starbucksing in a week.

L.A.M.B. Spats Bootie
 Does Gwen Stefani's dubbing her designer duds L.A.M.B. imply mostly non-conformist sheep rock her faux couture cocktail (one part Japanese, one part Jamaican, two parts O.C.)?
Though this L.A.M.B. bootie ($325) almost vibes boss. And slip off the spat—I give a girl one month after she buys the shoes—, and you're left with a plain pump.
Yep, sans spats the shoe is, like, a solid color with not quite pointy toe and gently stiletto heel. Shocking and original, non?
What do you think of these L.A.M.B. spat pumps? Super kawaii, or super bad?

Posso Spats
 I'm not much into accessorizing my accessories—
Life is too short to fuss with a Prada Gucci Pucci coo keychain.
—So the idea of spats don't appeal to anything but my fetish for fingerprint-unique styling.
Still, check these Posso spats ($240-$290): you may have seen them in Daily Candy's feature on the foot ish, and what did you think of them?
I'd rather invest a couple Benjies in a pair of shoes I adore enough not to want to slap on a slip of croc-stamped leather. But...

With the economy going bananas, it's best to invest in things solid and sure. And while a name and self-respect are your most valuable assets, they're both hard to buy with the U.S. dollar—as is almost anything, which you know if you've played in Paris presently.
So it's time to go for gold: gold bars, Gold, Inc.'s stock, or buy gold you can carry 'round and keep your clutch on. I loved Janet's 24K bag: sized handy to be secure in her hold, the richly pleated fold-over still surely fit more than just a dollar bill. Which makes the purse a boss investment, even if a buck's all you have after buying the $295-tagged bag.
What do you think of this Onna Ehrlich clutch? Is the metallic bag boss or boring?

YSL Tribute Bootie
Booties are back for fall, lovelies.
Check Yves Saint Laurent's "Tribute" ($715) to the returning trend. With a blockhead toe, 24K piping, and a solid sole, I'm torn between loving or leaving the shoe. Either way, the only reason Saks demand that
"DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, A CUSTOMER MAY ORDER NO MORE THAN THREE UNITS OF THESE ITEMS EVERY THIRTY DAYS."
Concerns me is, had I the time, I'd stock up on these boots and pimp them on Japanese eBay.
